Chairman

Angela leads several businesses and is well-known in the Caribbean business community. She is also Chairman of Aegis Business Solutions, business outsourcing and advisory firm, Chairman of recruitment firms, Eve Anderson  Recruitment and Caribbean Resourcing Solutions (CRS). As a Group of companies, they serve as a one top business hub for local  and international companies in the region. The clientele includes – international companies, private & public  companies, existing & emerging companies within the hospitality,  financial, manufacturing and retail industries.

Vijay Singh

CEO

Vijay has worked in the technology industry for 23 years with a proven track record in the areas of digitization and digital transformation, with customers spanning retail, finance, and the public sector. During his stint at Massy Technologies, he was responsible for increasing the Oracle Sales portfolio by over 20x and was instrumental in leading the organization to become the only Dell Titanium partner in the English-speaking Caribbean. Most recently, following that organization’s acquisition by the Musson Group, he held the position of Head of Sales.

Maxime Pereira

CTO

Maxime Pereira II is a pioneer of the ICT revolution working with the national security infrastructure of Trinidad and Tobago and a strategic think-tank in the corporate world. In addition to his career in the public and private sectors, he also has a thriving academic career, having served as Senior Lecturer in the fields of computer science, strategic management, leadership, and organizational development. Despite his broad portfolio, he considers his humanitarian work to be his most important contribution to society.
